The STAHLWERK ARC 200 Synegic Pro is a very compact, fully synergic ARC welding machine with a real 200 amps. The advantage of the lightweight direct current electrode welder is that it is compact and very powerful at the same time. The latest generation of advanced IGBT technology enables maximum performance in MMA and DC TIG contact ignition welding (Lift TIG). The ARC 200 Synegic Pro has numerous adjustable functions such as Hot Start, Arc Foce and Antistick function, which prevent the welding electrode from burning or burning out and enable easy welding and very good welding results. The individual settings are easy to read on the LCD display and can be operated intuitively. Thanks to the manual on/off VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function, the ARC 200 Synegic Pro's output voltage can be reduced to a safe level to protect the user when touching the electrode when not welding.

Features

MMA / E-hand. Manual electrode welding is a universal welding process because it can be used under almost all conditions.
Anti-stick. If the electrode sticks to the workpiece, the welding current is automatically reduced. The electrode does not burn out and can be easily removed from the workpiece.
Hot start. Automatic voltage increase at start for better ignition results. Prevents the stick electrode from sticking by briefly superimposing the set welding current and warms up the start of the weld seam more quickly.
IGBT technology. Powerful, innovative solution that sets new standards in welding technology.
Smart cooling. A powerful fan enables maximum duty cycle to be achieved through excellent cooling.
Overheating protection. Kicks in as soon as the device is overloaded. A red control symbol lights up in the display if it overheats and goes out as soon as the device has cooled down again.

Features & Benefits

Lift TIG mode. With contact ignition, ignition occurs by briefly brushing the electrode on the workpiece. When the torch is lifted, the arc is created and the electronics of the welding machine increase the current to the set welding amperage. To end the welding process, remove the torch from the workpiece.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manual on/off switching of the VRD function allows the output voltage of the welding machine to be reduced to a safe level to protect the operator when touching the electrode while not welding is in progress.
ARC Force function. Monitors and stabilizes the arc voltage when the molten weld drops transfer from the electrode into the weld pool or when the arc voltage drops. This prevents the arc from going out.
Welding current. Continuously adjustable between 10-200 A. A current of 30-40 A per mm of material thickness is recommended.
Presetting the electrode size. By selecting the electrode diameter, the optimal welding parameters are automatically determined according to the preset reference value.
Equipped with massive 13 mm professional connection sockets, the device ensures maximum performance.
