The STAHLWERK ARC 200 Puls Pro is a compact MMA | Lift-TIG welding machine with real 200 amps. The device has an extensive pulse function in ARC and Lift-TIG mode, which prevents materials from burning through and significantly reduces deformation caused by heat. In this way, the inverter ensures excellent welding results. Another advantage is the intelligent temperature control, which only switches the fan on and off when necessary. The latest generation of IGBT technology enables maximum performance in MMA and Lift-TIG welding. The ARC 200 Puls Pro has numerous adjustable functions such as Hot Start, Arc Force and Antistick, which prevent the welding electrode from burning or burning out and enable an easy welding process. MMA / E-hand. Manual electrode welding is a universal welding process because it can be used under almost all conditions.
Extensive pulse function in MMA and Lift-TIG mode, which prevents materials from burning through and significantly reduces deformation caused by heat. In this way, the inverter ensures excellent welding results.
Anti-stick. If the electrode sticks to the workpiece, the welding current is automatically reduced. The electrode does not burn out and can be easily removed from the workpiece.
Hot start. Automatic voltage increase at start for better ignition results. Prevents the stick electrode from sticking by briefly superimposing the set welding current and warms up the start of the weld seam more quickly.
Intelligent temperature control. The fan is only switched on and off when necessary. This saves energy and avoids noise emissions.
IGBT technology. Powerful, innovative solution that sets new standards in welding technology.
Smart cooling. A powerful fan enables maximum duty cycle to be achieved through excellent cooling.

Features & Benefits

Overheating protection. Kicks in as soon as the device is overloaded. A yellow indicator light lights up when the device overheats and goes out as soon as the device has cooled down again.
Lift TIG mode. With contact ignition, ignition occurs by briefly brushing the electrode on the workpiece. When the torch is lifted, the arc is created and the electronics of the welding machine increase the current to the set welding amperage. To end the welding process, remove the torch from the workpiece.
Welding current. Continuously adjustable between 10-200 A. A current of 30-40 A per mm of material thickness is recommended.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manual on/off switching of the VRD function allows the output voltage of the welding machine to be reduced to a safe level to protect the operator when touching the electrode while not welding is in progress.
Arc length limitation. The arc length limitation function stops the welding process if excessive arc voltage is detected (unusually large gap between electrode and workpiece). This function can be set depending on the process in the corresponding expert menu.
MMA welding and TIG welding. The arc length limit cannot be used for the cel characteristic (if present).
