The CEWELD 309LSi is a high-quality, solid stainless steel welding wire for MIG/MAG welding of mixed connections and difficult-to-weld steels. Thanks to the increased silicon content, this wire is characterized by excellent welding properties, a quiet arc and a very good penetration depth.

Typical applications:
Welding of ferritic and martensitic chromium steels (e.g. 1.4016, 1.4026, AISI 410/430), mixed connections between unalloyed or low-alloy steels and austenitic stainless steels, buffer layers before hard overlay welding and steels that are difficult to weld.
