The STAHLWERK battery charger WHC-2060 is used for controlled charging and is intended to be used together with the STAHLWERK batteries WHB-2020 and WHB-2040. The battery charger works with an input voltage of 200-240 V AC at 50/60 Hz and provides an output voltage of 20 V DC. The charger monitors the charging status and automatically detects any errors that occur. Operating and charging status lights clearly show the current status. A solid red LED indicates active charging, while a solid green LED signals a fully charged battery. If the battery temperature is too high or too low, the charger automatically switches to standby mode. The charging process starts after the temperature has equalized. An integrated repair mode automatically carries out a test and repair attempt if the battery is deeply discharged. If a fully charged battery remains in the charger, a small trickle current is supplied to avoid self-discharge.
