CUT 40

The powerful plasma cutters are suitable for the precise cutting of conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum or titanium as well as for cutting painted sheets and flash rust. Equipped with the latest generation of IGBT technology, the powerful inverters are characterized by high efficiency with reduced power consumption and offer excellent cutting properties. The versatile range offers the right CUT device for every requirement and includes plasma cutters with an output of 40 to 160 amps, depending on the version with single-phase or three-phase alternating current. In this way, metal thicknesses of up to 52 mm can be reliably separated. Integrated smart cooling and built-in overheating protection ensure maximum performance and long service life. A high-frequency ignition, either with contact ignition or pilot ignition, ensures first-class ignition behavior. An automatic air supply cools the torch after the cutting process and protects the nozzle and electrode from wear. The compact design and low weight enable comfortable use and effortless transport. The plasma cutters are delivered with a wide range of accessories and of course in the usual STAHLWERK quality including a 7-year guarantee!
